產(chǎn)品概述
此氣動暗板刀型閘閥是閘閥中的新品種，體積小，重量輕，輕型節(jié)材，是污水、煤漿、糖漿、泥漿、空氣、渣水混合物、供水、造紙、礦山等行業(yè)中的理想產(chǎn)品。
暗板刀型閘閥采用金屬對金屬的硬密封，或采用金屬對橡膠的軟密封。在開啟和關(guān)閉的過程中，閘板與密封面采用了特殊的設(shè)計，摩擦較少，經(jīng)久耐用。
此種刀形閘的上密封突破了常規(guī)的密封形式，采用上蓋結(jié)構(gòu)，使得上密封由大面積的矩形密封改成了小面積的圓周密封，密封性能大大提高。在圓周密封的基礎(chǔ)上，又采用了目前國際上先進(jìn)的浮動密封結(jié)構(gòu)，使得上密封達(dá)到了與管道同壽命的程度，從而整體上提高了閥門的使用壽命。
此種閘閥在手輪頂部加裝封套裝置后，可以使閥門活動部件全部處于封閉狀態(tài)，閘板和閥桿的絲桿傳動不會因潤滑油干枯而卡澀。特別適合在粉塵及干燥的惡劣環(huán)境中長期正常工作。

DMZ673H型氣動暗桿刀型閘閥過配用電磁閥、接近開關(guān)等附件可以完成開、關(guān)兩位置的動作控制和信號輸出，也可以完成連續(xù)動作的自動控制，閘板加裝封套裝置后，可以使閥門活動部件全部處于封閉狀態(tài)，閘板和閥桿的絲桿傳動不會因潤滑油干枯而卡澀，防止介質(zhì)外泄等優(yōu)點，適宜在含粉塵或焦油的煤氣管線中使用特別適合在粉塵及干燥的惡劣環(huán)境中長期正常工作。

氣電控制功能說明
1、采用雙電控三位五通電磁閥控制氣動刀型閘閥氣缸，采用三位開關(guān)，可控制閘閥在上限位、下限位及任意位置停留。
2、在上限位、下限位置停留時，上限位及下限位置的限位開關(guān)，發(fā)出一組常開或常閉的獨立信號觸點?？勺鳛闋顟B(tài)指示用。
3、漿液閥在上限位下限位置停留時，上限位及下限位置的限位開關(guān)，自動切斷電磁閥相應(yīng)控制線圈的電源。這樣閘閥在上限位及下限位置長期停留時，電磁閥的電控線圈不通電，可避免電磁線圈發(fā)熱提高電磁閥使用壽命，大大地提高了可靠性。
4、漿液閥在上限位及下限位置長期停留時；氣源被切斷不耗氣，但鎖定閥門氣缸的氣壓仍保持在氣缸中，能保證可靠停位。
5、在氣缸開關(guān)過程中，切斷控制電源，則氣缸進(jìn)出氣也同時被切斷，鎖定閥門氣缸的氣壓仍保持在氣缸中，如氣缸活塞、電磁閥及接頭無泄漏，則閘閥可在任意位置長期停留。

Product introduction
This knife gate valve is a new generation gate valve characteristic of small construction, low weight, and high material utilization. It is an ideal product for such sectors including sewage disposal, coal slurry, syrup, sludge, air, slag-water mix, water supply, papermaking, mining, etc.
The knife gate valve adopts metal-to-metal hard sealing or metal-to-rubber soft sealing. In the processing of valve switching on/off, the gate plate and sealing face are provided with special design, featuring limited friction and high durability.
The sealing of the knife gate valve represents a breakthrough in traditional sealing form. Upper cap structure changes large area rectangular sealing face of the upper sealing to small area circular sealing, with much enhanced sealing performance. Based on circular sealing, the valve is further provided with latest floating sealing construction in the world. Thus the upper sealing shares the same useful life with pipeline, so the overall useful life of the valve increases.
After envelope is added to the top of hand wheel, all the moving parts of the gate valve will be enclosed. Therefore, the rotation of lead screws between gate plate and stem will not block because of short supply of lubricating oil. In particular, the valve is applicable for long-term service in severely dusty and dry environment.
Note: The valve could be designed and manufactured based on client's site conditions and requirements for better installation and application.

Gas-electric control function
1、Adopts double electric control three five-way solenoid valve control type pneumatic knife gate valve cylinder, adopt three switch, can control valve in the ceiling, floor and any place to stay.
2、Stay in the ceiling, floor, the upper limit and lower limit position limit switch, send out a set of normally open or normally closed contact of independent signals. Can be used as a status indication.
3、Slurry valves at a UCLA's position, the upper limit and lower limit position limit switch, automatic cut off the power of the corresponding control solenoid valve coil. This gate valve a long stay in the upper limit and lower limit, the electromagnetic valve of the electric coil not electricity, can avoid electromagnetic coil heat to improve the service life of the solenoid valve, reliability has been greatly increased.
4、Slurry valves when the upper limit and lower limit position long stay; Air supply is cut off gas consumption, but locking valve cylinder pressure remained in the cylinder, can guarantee the reliable parking.
5、In the process of the cylinder switch, cut off the control power, the cylinder in and out of gas at the same time also is cut off, lock the valve cylinder pressure remained in the cylinder, piston cylinder, solenoid valve and joint without leakage, the gate valve can be a long stay in any position.
