液動(dòng)刀型閘閥產(chǎn)品概述
液動(dòng)刀型閘閥,又稱刀閘閥或刀型漿閘閥。其應(yīng)用范圍非常廣泛,從礦山、電廠的選煤、排矸、排渣,到城市的污水處理;從水泥、造紙廠的漿液輸送,到食品、衛(wèi)生、醫(yī)藥等專業(yè)管道。超薄設(shè)計(jì)的液動(dòng)刀型閘閥以其體積小、重量輕、阻流小、不積渣,易安裝,易拆卸的優(yōu)點(diǎn)徹底解決了普通閘閥、平板閘閥、球閥、截止閥、調(diào)節(jié)閥、蝶閥等閥門的阻流大,占空間,易積渣,不易安裝和維修等疑難問題。因而大量的通用切斷類閥和調(diào)節(jié)型閥門被刀型閘閥取代。
產(chǎn)品概述
液動(dòng)刀型閘閥以液壓油為動(dòng)力完成執(zhí)行動(dòng)作的一種執(zhí)行器,其操作原理驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓泵把液壓油通過換向閥壓入液壓缸的上下腔來帶動(dòng)活塞桿做上下動(dòng)作,從而帶動(dòng)閘板的啟閉來達(dá)到閥門開關(guān)作用。

液動(dòng)執(zhí)行器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)
1、輸出推動(dòng)力要高于氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器和電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器,且液動(dòng)執(zhí)行器的輸出力矩可以根據(jù)要求進(jìn)行精確的調(diào)整,并將其通過液壓儀表反應(yīng)出來。
2、傳動(dòng)更為平穩(wěn)可靠,有緩沖無撞擊現(xiàn)象,適用于對(duì)傳動(dòng)要求較高的工作環(huán)境。
3、調(diào)節(jié)精度高、響應(yīng)速度快,能實(shí)現(xiàn)高精確度控制。
4、使用液壓油驅(qū)動(dòng),液體本身有不可壓縮的特性,因此液壓執(zhí)行器能輕易獲得較好的抗偏離能力。
5、本身配備有蓄能器,在發(fā)生動(dòng)力故障時(shí),可以進(jìn)行一次以上的執(zhí)行操作,減少緊急情況對(duì)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)造成的破壞和影響,特別適用于長(zhǎng)輸送管路自動(dòng)控制。
6、使用液壓方式驅(qū)動(dòng),由于在操作過程中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)電動(dòng)設(shè)備常見的打火現(xiàn)象,因此防爆性能要高于電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器。
